Day 16- Jackson Hole, Tetons, Yellowstone

Day 16: Yellowstone

Hey again! It’s the Sneezys coming back at ya with another amazing blog!
We had a super early wake up at 5:30 am to head to Jackson Hole, Grand Tetons, and Yellowstone. We had a traveling breakfast that included a variety of bagels with Nutella, peanut butter, and honey with a side of bananas with YooHoo and apple juice to drink. Once at Jackson Hole, we heard research from Will Puckett and Gracie Truesdell. Then Grant lead us to his favorite bargain buster in the city, where we bought lots of shirts and gifts. We were then set free to do what we wanted. Most people did some more damage shopping and some went to eat. We celebrated Zoey Dellinger’s birthday all day long!! After some time in Jackson Hole we loaded the bus and headed to the Church of Transfiguration at the Grand Tetons. This was a special place for us. After this we drove to Yellowstone to shop some more and saw the famous Old Faithful Geyser! After the amazing geyser, we listened to more research from Stuart Thompson, Meredith Tucker, and Elijah Vickers. You might have seen us on the webcam at Old Faithful Geyser. Our next stop was a trip to the painted mud pots, where our very own “park ranger,” Alyssa Powell, guided us. She graduated from Stanford with a doctorate in “geyserology.” Following our tour around the painted mud pots, we had a delicious traveling dinner of pita wraps with hummus, carrots, chicken, lettuce or peanut butter. We had sides of chips and Oreos and a drink choice of CapriSuns. We ended the night by watching Cars on the bus. Soon after, we arrived at our campsite in Cody, Wyoming to bed down and rest for our busy day tomorrow.

Catch ya later! XO, Sneezys!
